For example, Organizational Pedagogy; Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Business Regulations, Public Responsibility & Ethics; Inter-Personal Communication; Global Resources and Business Practice; Health Care Administration; Labor Relations & Human Resource Mgt.; Non-Profit Organizations Regulator Systems; Office Administration & Management; Organizational Theory & Behavior; Organizational Resource Development; Public Administration; Human Resource Services; Small Business Entrepreneurship; Strategic Management Policy; Technological Innovation; Tourism, Hospitality & Leisure. The Journal is an abridgment of evolution from advanced management to knowledge-based infrastructure, which has necessitated further research on intellectual capital, culture and organizational learning. Dynamic knowledge (implicit, transitional and explicit) analysis on strategic, operational and tactical levels is essential for human resource planning methodologies. The dynamics of knowledge and management models that promotes the design for optimum performance of knowledge and human resource management initiatives are encouraged.
